Fresh green apples dusted with nutmeg waft up on the nose. On the palate, the apple goes from freshly cut to lightly baked and the nutmeg is even richer. White pepper is followed by hints of citrus pith on the finish. This California Gewürz is a lovely melange of fruit and spices. Drink with cheese pastry. Highly Recommended. 90 points. DBH
