What We’re Drinking – Edna Valley Pinot Grigio 2016

The color is a pale straw. Tropical fruits and vanilla waft up from the glass. Mango and lightly-poached pear lead on the palate, with brighter, more tart fresh pear and apple on the mid-palate. This is a very pleasant quaff, a bit fat, easy to pair. Drink with a fried fish sandwich. Recommended. 88 points. DBH
