A white for every day, for any budget. Pleasingly simple with a touch of fruitiness, the wine is lower in alcohol, too: just 9.5%. The palest of green-gold tint in color, it has typical tinges of spritziness and fruit, yet with a smooth mouthfeel that is more substantial than one would expect. There’s some stone fruit on the palate, and fruit on the end-palate and in the finish, with hints of minerality as well.
Drink as an aperitif or with pasta, salmon salad or other summery meals.
