Consistent quality bubbly from Trentodoc. A medium straw gold color, with substantial mousse. Plenty of rich umami in the aroma: agar, toast and yeast. Very ripe fruit on the palate, citrus tending toward exotic bitter orange. Fairly hefty body, and medium finish. Made by metodo classico, with 24 months on the lees. In my experience, Ferrari is always consistent in quality.
