What We’re Drinking – Carleos Serres Gran Reserva

The nose is cherries on a bed of old leather and freshly picked mushroom still laden with black earth. The palate is musty, cherries muddles into leather, mushrooms, tobacco, and humus. The earthiness is the message with this wine – pair it with mushroom dishes. Highly Recommended. 90 points. DBH
