Blackberry, plum, and green pepper show on the nose. Blackberry shows on the palate as well, with some cassis and green pepper. Red fruit joins on the mid-palate, adding a raspberry zing. It is firm, and slightly angular. The touch of green is very typical for a Maipo Valley Cabernet.
The color is pale, with barely a hint of color. The nose offers a blend of topical fruits and citrus fruits, pineapple, white grapefruit, and lime. Grapefruit and lime dominate on the palate, with leafy leafy herbs going through. Lime pith shows on the finish. Drink with fried fish. Recommended.

The nose is cherries on a bed of old leather and freshly picked mushroom still laden with black earth. The palate is musty, cherries muddles into leather, mushrooms, tobacco, and humus. The earthiness is the message with this wine - pair it with mushroom dishes. Highly Recommended. 90 points. DBH
Deep black fruits with green olive come through on the nose. The palate is true to the nose, as blackberry and mulberry, nutmeg and cinnamon, and olive all run through their paces. Tannins are soft. This is a very good and very typical Chilean Carmenere. Drink with churrasco with cilantro.
