Everybody needs a buy-by-the-case wine for a hot dog and fried chicken picnic. A very pale salmon color and a sweet strawberry nose are the first impressions of this wine. A bit more tart on the palate, strawberry is joined by cherry and a touch of sour apple. The sour lingers. Drink with a hot dog on a summer picnic day. Recommended. 86 points.
