2012 Four Degrees “0 Degrees” Riesling

87

Green apples and lemon cream waft up from the glass. The palate, too, is dominated by tart, barely ripe green apple. Lemon, with hints of white pepper and ginger, appear on the mid-palate and linger on the finish. This is fresh and bright, with plenty of zing. Drink with fried oysters. Recommended. 87 points.
