Flavors of Anjou pear, pastry and almond past in subtle, leesy, yeasty character over limestone & oyster shell. The wine is very well balanced, with medium body, medium acids, and medium alcohol. It earned a consensus score of 4+ stars out of five at the 2010 Palate Press Grand Tasting. Drink with stuffed flounder.
