What We’re Drinking – Jean-Luc Colombo “Cape Bleue” Rose

Terroir shines through this pretty Rosé.  The color is a very light flaming pink. The nose shows watermelon, strawberry jam, and a hint of white pepper. The palate has watermelon, strawberry, lime, and roses. White grapefruit lingers. There is a very gentle underlying salinity. Enjoy with savory crepes. Recommended (88). DH
