My passion for the wine industry started in the Bay Area since I was so close to Napa/Sonoma. After being in the high tech/sales industry, I moved to Paso Robles and became intimate with the Central Coast Wine Region, with a Wine Shop/bar for 5 years. I received my Wine Industry Certification from California PolyTech, San Luis Obispo and am a Certified Sommelier Level II studying for Level III, Court of the Master Sommelier. I also judge wine competitions and consult for several wineries. Wine reviews, food and wine pairing are a passion as well as travel to wine regions throughout the world exploring and tasting thousands of wines per year to find the best-of-the-best wines where quality and price point meet.
