Their newest masterpiece is Architect, a blended straight whiskey coming in at 104 proof, non-chill filtered with their signature four grain mash bill paired with two styles of French oak staves provided by legendary cooperage Tonnellerie Radoux.
The result is a rich, full-bodied bourbon that offers a wide and complex palate with forward notes of vanilla, an aroma of sweet candied cream, floral and hints of crème brûlée.
