Scents are a combination of flowers and fruit, evoking fresh, breezy fields. On the palate, some apricot emerges. In this young wine, sparkling’s traditional toast and yeast take a backseat to the other flavors and aromas. There’s even a hint of sweet fruit in the finish. And the bottle design is definitely a positive feature, too.
