Deep amber with a medium fully developed totally honeyed nose (like opening a honey jar) with notes of quince and dried apricots. Some earthy minerality also present. Not very sweet on palate but medium sweet, very elegant and still fresh with pineapple flavours. An ethereal style. Ioannis Karakasis
