A rosé sparkling wine for Galentine’s Day or Valentine’s Day?

This one happens to be a prosecco rosato produced by well-respected Villa Sandi in the north of Italy.
The prosecco is pale apricot-pink in color. It has a fresh aroma with a touch of nuttiness. Flavors are distinctly red fruit then cassis, with little bit of apricot, the fruit extending through the finish.
Pour, then sip slowly as the sparkling wine opens up and reveals itself.
